See the attached patch. I'd like to stress this is a hack and not a real
solution. It works for the QMail enabled box where Webmin is installed.
I haven't investigated why amavis-inject didn't work. There was no sign in the
log files of the SMTP server that the mail was being processed at all, so it
seems something went wrong with the amavis-inject invocation. I'm not sure
I'll have the chance to investigate what exactly was going on, unfortunately.
